1. Object
These Terms and Conditions govern the online purchase of tickets and vouchers for attractions managed by Ready2Dream LDA, made through the website www.adrenalineadventures.pt.
The purchase of a ticket or voucher implies full acceptance of these conditions by the customer.
2. Types of Ticket
There are two types of purchase available on the site:
Ticket with specific date and time, valid exclusively for the selected day and time at the time of reservation.
Voucher with open date, valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
The voucher must subsequently be converted into a reservation through the online system, subject to availability.
3. Purchase Procedure
The purchase is made online through the integrated booking system on the site.
The sales contract is considered completed at the moment the customer receives confirmation of payment and reservation by email.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the entered data (date, number of people, email address, etc.).
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made online through the electronic payment methods accepted by the system (for example, credit card or Stripe platform).
Payment confirmation constitutes a valid ticket for access to the attraction.
5. Use Conditions
Participants must arrive at least 20 minutes before the reserved time at the attraction's starting point:

The activity can only be carried out by people between 40 kg and 120 kg and in suitable physical conditions.
It is mandatory to follow staff instructions and correctly use the provided safety devices (harness, helmet, etc.).
Management reserves the right to exclude, even without a refund, anyone who does not comply with safety rules or instructions from the team.
6. Cancellations, Modifications and Refunds
No refunds, total or partial, are provided for any reason, including no-show or delay.
It is possible to modify the reservation date only once, up to 7 days before the original date, subject to availability.
In case of adverse weather conditions or safety reasons, Ready2Dream LDA may suspend or postpone the activity.
In this case, the customer may reschedule the experience for another date, but may not request a refund.
7. Safety and Responsibility
Participation occurs under the personal responsibility of the participant, who declares:
To be in good health and not to suffer from conditions incompatible with the activity (for example, heart problems, epilepsy, vertigo, pregnancy, etc.);
Not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medications that may compromise safety.
The company is not responsible for damages resulting from the participant's negligence or non-compliance with safety instructions.
8. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen events (for example, extreme weather conditions, urgent maintenance, force majeure causes), Ready2Dream LDA may suspend or reschedule activities without obligation for a refund.
The customer will have the right to participate on another date, to be agreed with management.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ready2Dream LDA takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety and quality of service.
However, it cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, delays, disruptions or events not attributable to its direct conduct or that of its employees.
10. Personal Data
The data collected during the purchase procedure will be processed in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (Reg. EU 2016/679 – GDPR).

11. Applicable Law and Competent Court
The contract is governed by Portuguese law.
For any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the Court of Funchal (Madeira, Portugal) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
