Ready2Dream – LDA

A Ready2Dream – LDA, with registered office at Túnel da Ribeira da Janela 6 – 9270 – Madeira – Portugal (hereinafter, "Data Controller"), as the data controller, informs you in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR"), concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, that your data will be processed in accordance with the following terms and purposes.

1. Purpose of Processing

The Data Controller processes personal data, identifying information (e.g. name, surname, address, phone number, email, banking and payment references) – hereinafter "personal data" or "data" – provided by you at the time of entering into contracts for the Data Controller's products and services.

2. Purposes of processing

A) Without your explicit consent (Article 6, paragraphs b), c), f) GDPR), for:

  • the conclusion and management of contracts related to the Data Controller's services/products;

  • compliance with legal, tax, accounting obligations;

  • legal protection purposes and internal administrative management;

B) Only with your specific and separate consent (Article 7 GDPR), for:

  • sending newsletters, promotional and advertising communications related to the services offered by the Data Controller;

  • sending commercial communications from selected third-party partners.

If you are already a customer, we may send you communications regarding similar services, unless you expressly oppose (Article 130, paragraph 4 of the Italian Privacy Code).

3. Methods of processing

Processing will be carried out in paper and digital format, according to principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and minimization. Data will be retained:

  • for contractual/tax purposes: for up to 10 years after the end of the relationship;

  • for marketing purposes: for a maximum of 4 years.

4. Access to data

The data may be accessible to:

  • employees and staff of the Data Controller, as responsible/authorized parties;

  • third parties (consultants, accountants, IT technicians) in their capacity as external responsible for processing.

5. Communication of data

Without your consent, the data may be communicated to:

  • public authorities, entities, or subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law.

The data will not be disseminated.

6. Transfer of data

The data are stored on servers located within the European Union. If necessary, the Data Controller reserves the right to transfer them to countries outside the EU, complying with Articles 44 and following of the GDPR, with adequate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission).

7. Nature of data provision

The provision of data for the purposes indicated in point 2.A is mandatory.
Provision for the purposes indicated in point 2.B is optional and the lack of consent does not affect the use of the main services.

8. Additional information

The data will not be subject to profiling or automated decision-making processes and will be processed only for the stated purposes.

9. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to:

  • access, update, rectify or delete personal data;

  • limit or object to processing;

  • revoke consent at any time (without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before revocation);

  • request the portability of data;

  • file a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (CNPD – National Commission for Data Protection – Portugal).

Ready2Dream – LDA, with registered office at Túnel da Ribeira da Janela 6 – 9270 – Madeira – Portugal (hereinafter, “Holder”), in the capacity of data controller, informs you in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”), related to the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data, that your data will be processed according to the following terms and purposes.

1. Purpose of Processing

The Holder processes personal, identifying data (e.g., name, surname, address, phone, email, bank and payment references) – hereinafter “personal data” or “data” – as communicated by you at the time of entering into contracts for the Holder's products and services.

2. Purposes of processing

A) Without your express consent (Article 6, points b), c), f) GDPR), for:

  • the entering into and management of contracts related to the Holder's services/products;

  • compliance with legal, tax, and accounting obligations;

  • purposes of legal protection and internal administrative management;

B) Only with your specific and distinct consent (Article 7 GDPR), for:

  • sending newsletters, promotional and advertising communications related to the services offered by the Holder;

  • sending commercial communications from selected third-party partners.

If you are already a client, we may send you communications concerning similar services, unless you expressly oppose (Article 130, c. 4 of the Italian Privacy Code).

  • for contractual/tax purposes: up to 10 years after the end of the relationship;

The provision of data for the purposes indicated in point 2.A is mandatory.
The provision for the purposes indicated in point 2.B is optional, and the lack of consent will not affect the use of the core services.

8. Additional information

You have the right to:
